Guess what? They have announced that the app store is available globally, implying that all Huawei mobile users across the world can access as many apps on the store as they wish.

Huawei AppGallery basically offers consumers a user and family-friendly application store specifically designed to give high-quality content, special value offers and access to apps optimized for Huawei.

Huawei being the biggest smartphone manufacturer in China makes a lot of the apps in the various categories for Asian markets specifically; like Amap for navigation, WeChat for communication and QQMusic for entertainment.

Huawei says that the store comes pre-installed on all new Huawei and Honor phones, starting with Huawei P20 by the start of April 2018, and there are expectations of a roll out to older devices during the second quarter of 2018.

The exact time for the update availability varies depending of the device model and region.

If you are a Huawei and Honor user, you can also download AppGallery to your phone in advance from HERE

You should enable third-party app downloads and go to this link where the app will automatically start downloading. You can as well disable the service through the Settings menu in the Me tab or could be completely uninstalled, but all the downloaded apps will stay on the phone.
