This tiny CPU tweak frees resources by changing the priority of running apps. So, the program will give higher priority to an app or program you’re currently use and reduce the priority of programs currently minimized in order to use less resources.

There are some additional options, as well, like the ability to change the usage priority of apps based on RAM. You can also set the “increased priority level” to AboveNormal, High or RealTime, and also preform some more complex actions like Disable Core Parking and Windows FastReact.
