BusinessInsider launches Windows 8 app for its readers, but seems half-baked

I am a subscriber with BusinessInsider, particularly the tech news section and today I learned that they are launching a specialized Windows 8 app. Now, I can read news on my Windows 8 tablet straight from their own made app. BusinessInsider joins other Windows 8 news app, such as CNN, NewsExpresso, Financial Times, Microsoft News, ESPN and many others.

The BusinessInsider Windows 8 app comes with intuitive navigation and an easy to read layout and, according to the team:

The BusinessInsider Windows 8 is filed under the News & Weather category, and I expect it soon to be among the top free apps from the Windows Store, if most of the Windows 8 users that read BusinessInsider will download the app. As expected, the app does come with a few glitches, such as slow loading of certain stories or pixelated images.

The coolest feature is the live tile on the home screen that scrolls through headlines automatically

I wonder if BusinessInsider users that are on a touch-enabled Windows 8 device will continue to go to the url bar to access the publication or if they will stick with this app from the Windows Store. Let’s see.

If the advices above haven’t solved your issue, your PC may experience deeper Windows problems. We recommend downloading this PC Repair tool (rated Great on TrustPilot.com) to easily address them. After installation, simply click the Start Scan button and then press on Repair All.
