If you are confused regarding your contact ID, you can email CIMA at contact [at] cimaglobal.com.Second step: The second step is to update your contact details (if required) at your MY CIMA account. If there’s any outstanding payment, you need to pay it off right now; otherwise, you won’t be able to schedule your CIMA exam.Third step: Once you update your details and pay the outstanding amount (if any), you’ll be transferred directly to the Pearson VUE website. At the Pearson VUE website, you need to select “Schedule your exam.”Fourth step: This is the last step. You need to choose the exam you want to sit and go through the payment process (if you decide not to pay later). Once you’re done scheduling your exam, you’ll be transferred back to MY CIMA.
